Standard Shipping

At MACA STONE, lead time for standard shipping varies from 5-8 or 8-14 business days depending on stock level. Lead time for samples varies from 3-5 business days. Larger orders may require 6-10 weeks or longer for delivery. Please be aware that while we provide estimates for shipping and delivery times, they are not set in stone. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping disruptions, customs hold-ups, lack of stock, or other factors outside of our control can lead to delays. However, we will always strive to deliver your order at the earliest opportunity.

Expedited Shipping

We use third party mail couriers as the delivery method for all our orders. Currently, we are not able to offer free expedited shipping or 2-day shipping on any of our products. International Shipping

Order Status and Tracking Number

Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.

Items Damaged in Transit

Items damaged in transit can be returned or replaced under our shipping guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.

Order Cancellation or Order Change

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team at within 24 hours after you placed your order. There are no cancellations after 24 hours of order receipt, as inventory is allocated to each customer based on the time the order is placed.
